Eggs with S,P and turmeric! And if that’s not enough, boil hot water and add lemon honey and turmeric- an excellent spice for brain health.
Be careful not to stain anything orange!
This is one of the easiest ways to add flavor. I put a small scoop of coconut oil into a pan with a sliced yellow onion. Simmering until just brown will give it a caramelized flavor- turn the burner down and add some cage free whisked eggs. Be patient! Protein needs to cook slow, eggs should never be rushed.

Preheat oven to 350, put coconut oil chopped onion spinach and red pepper in skillet on medium. Beat 8 eggs (depending on the size of your skillet and the mouths you are feeding) then add sautéed veggies to eggs. Pour all into skillet and cook until the center is just runny. Move to oven for another 10 minutes or edges start to brown- keep pot holder on handle of skillet while serving so people don’t forget it’s ultra hot!
