There are a few variations in this picture: either start by lining the muffin tins with a slice of uncooked bacon, or place a thinly cut chicken breast (cooked) on the bottom of the tins. Then you can either add one scrambled egg to each tin or crack it right in! These were seasoned with salt, pepper, onions and hot chili peppers; my advice: get creative! Bake at 350 for 15-25 min.
You won’t stop eating until these are gone, they’re that good… start by preheating your oven to 400, then wash a large sweet potato and cut it into fry shapes (or whatever shape you feel like creating). In a bowl mix 1 tsp of the following: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne. Put some olive oil over your fries and sprinkle with the mixture. About 30 minuets in the oven will make them slightly browned.
Found this idea while browsing Pinterest (thanks Stacy), do yourself a time saving favor and freeze some herbs in EVO! http://www.thekitchn.com/freeze-herbs-in-olive-oil-173648
