I intend to use this space to add the best paleo recipes my mom and I have enjoyed making! Hopefully you will be able to pick up on some of the eating styles and mentalities caveman had and find this blog a helpful tool for your own eating!

We both had different, yet similar reasons for starting this challenge. Mom wanted a way to lose weight, and so far she has lost 15 lbs in three weeks! Not only that but her ‘restless leg’ hasn’t bothered her in the past three weeks. I really wanted to find a way to stabilize my energy and stop relying on coffee… the paleo diet has worked so far. We both feel great and will hopefully discover that our health keeps on the incline
