Found in the Max Sports and Fitness Magazine, but with my own twist. I am starting to lift pretty heavily and looking for extra ways to fuel my muscles. For these I whisked one egg and added 4 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder, 1/4 cup chopped cherries, 1/3 cup honey, 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3/4 cup coconut flour, 1/2 cup unsweetened organic cherry applesauce. The oven should be at 350 and they bake for about 12-14 min.
